However, after ovariohysterectomy, young women develop postovariectomy syndrome (POES) psychosexual disorders profoundly decreasing quality life (QoL) that requires rehabilitation measures. Aim: conduct comparative analysis QoL in patients with AEH hysterectomy bilateral salpingooophorectomy based on management tactics period. Materials Methods. In second part prospective randomized study, 58 diagnosed (mean patient age 44.25 ± 3.40 years) underwent one-year-follow-up, divided 2 groups according period: group 1 – 27 "active" complex therapeutic protocol proposed by our research group; 31 "passive" rehabilitation. To overall QoL, questionnaire Functional Assessment Cancer Therapy Patients Endometrial (FACT-En) was used, analyzing level anxiety depressive Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) as well manifestations surgical menopause using Kupperman–Uvarova modified menopausal index (MMI) sexual function Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) day 3–7 3, 6, 12 months treatment. Results. It found inter-group difference significant FACT-En observed early 3 whereas score increased 39.36 points questionnaire, but only 17.38 cohort (p < 0.001). Analyzing MMI, degree manifested decreased over time both groups. 6 onset, “active” featured parameters corresponding mild course, “passive” associated moderate severity Over entire follow-up period, shown have from 10.77 2.36 (subclinical anxiety) 4.55 1.50 (normal range), at subclinical manifestations. time, improved groups, however, vs. were significantly higher similar pattern 0.05). Conclusion. The set measures us improves psycho-emotional state, corrects POES manifestations, patients, thereby increasing QoL. This is comparable results medical radical treatment cancer.
